Despite being an FCS team, the Huskies could prove to be a worthier opponent than the Akron team the Huskers just dismantled 68-0. They have a clearer identity as a defensive minded, spread-running team; draw players from a talent-rich recruiting base, and enter the game with more confidence than the Zips. Still, this game represents another opportunity for the Big Red to not only to rack up big numbers but also to deepen roster depth and refine execution before next week’s massive game against Michigan.
